Testing, inspections and condition reports

We are able to carry out periodic inspection and condition reports on domestic, commercial and industrial properties. We are extremely experienced in this field and hold full NICEIC contractor and installer accreditiation which is assessed annually. 

We are on hand for advice throughout the testing procedures and are able to carry out any remedial works if required at a later date to be agreed with the customer. 

All findings are documented throughout the condition report and relayed back to the customer with our recommendations. We carry out emergency repairs immediately to comply with electrical safety regulations if they become apparent whilst conducting the inspection.  These works are certificated (pass or fail) and this documentation can be submitted to insurance companies if instructed.
